AMADENA operates a comprehensive policy for privacy and security.
We aim to store the minimal amount of information possible.

1b. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy set out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. 2. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT ABOUT YOU

2a. Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site (“Site”). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Site, subscribing to our service, to get a quote, (i.e. information provided during the check-out process when purchasing goods) or requesting further services. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

8. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

9. RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
For tax reasons, we keep information such as invoices, receipts and records (which may include personal data) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us you no longer wish to receive this information.

Our Site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. Please note that if you follow a link to any of these websites, such websites will apply different terms to the collection and privacy of your personal data and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. 11. ACCESS TO INFORMATION AND UPDATING AND CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION
11a. Data protection legislation gives you the right to access information held about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any access request may be subject to a reasonable fee to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
11b. We want to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. If any information that you have provided to us changes, for example if you change your email address or name, please let us know the correct details by sending an email to email@example.com. You may ask us to correct information you think is inaccurate, ask for your information to be deleted or only be used for certain purposes.
